    Hailey: Calm and Relaxed, She is a Stragigest likes to plan ahead which makes her an over thinker, quiet and shy can come a cross as a snob by those yet to get to know her.
    She is practive and likes to take charge.


    Raiden: Anxious and on edge He often acts without thinking which makes him reckless, friendly and humorous but can come a cross as a jerk by those who dont get his sense of humour.
    He can be lazy and just likes to go with the flow.

    Hailey: Long wavy red hair, Blue eyes and pale white skin.

    Raiden: Shaggy shoulder length blue hair, Blue eyes and pale white skin.


Weapons:

    Haliey’s weapon is a two handed double edged retractable axe/gun as well as offensive this weapon can be used defensively to deflect attaks. 

    Raiden’s weapon is two Hammers that can combine into one double headed hammer. When combined the a hatch on either side of the hammer opens up. Inside is two wind turbines that suck in and blow out air. Using this     Raiden can use his hammers to shoot up into the air, which can be useful when fighting flying monsters. 

Other info: Hailey and Raiden are twins. They often fight with each other but that how they show each other that they care.

You should fill out the whole form before posting, then go back and consider what needs to be changed. I'm willing to help you out with ideas but I need a jumping-off point first. Even if it's bad, or you don't like it, or you assume other people won't, at least it's a start. Making an OC takes work. Feel free to not use mine as a reference because I wrote four paragraphs for the History instead of ten sentences.

Im also on another RP website which im busy with at the moment, Firestar1992 and Jay are also members there too.
So i thought i would start my Character app here in between posts and just add to it slowly until i finish it.
I don't expect this to be approved yet. LOL hence the "in progress."
I have to think a lot more on my characters weapon and her history, once that comes to me ill finish this up hopefully and hopefully there will be plenty more members here.

Basically i want to incorporate electricity as her power some how, Originally her weapon was and Axe and her symbol was a lightning bolt.

I think i need to re think and redesign her weapon. just haven't got around to it yet.

Impressive! Hate to tell you, but I beat you to using electricity as an element with Seth. You'd think Nora would have done something by now, given her emblem...

Nice character design. May I suggest some silver plating on her boots (so they aren't identical to Malitia's) and a buckle on the belt? Other than that the coloring is fantastic. Exactly in the R W B Y style. Hopefully mine will look like that before too long.

cool lol well i did this months ago and have not really looked at it much after that. im thinking may be to incorporate like Wind as well as electricity so it matches her name a bit better.

lol thats because i used Blake and Weiss's character designs as templates i literally traced out the body shape in Adobe flash.
